Did you take any “before weight loss photos” on your journey to wellness? Did it motivate you?
I’ve always thought it is completely overrated. Maybe it is? I will tell you this much, I won’t be sharing my before in-my-underwear photo with the world! One day maybe, when I have the after to compare it with. Probably not. Hell no. The fact remains it doesn’t mean, I shouldn’t take one. The more I think about it (i.e. look at other people’s before photos) the more I realise that it is something I need, especially in a month or two when I feel like giving up.
In other news, I decided I would try my hand at food-journaling & exercise recording. I even got myself a nice little diary to go with it. So there you have it, I have decided to name my weight-loss/ happier me / better planning journey: the a-diaries.
