In 2017 I designed a little lifestyle challenge for myself in pursuit of achieving overall, holistic health and wellness.
The challenge is referred to as the brave + broken lifestyle challenge. Here's why! Crash diets will help you lose weight, but you won't be able to sustain your weight loss. Extreme lifestyle changes may be sustainable for a year or two, but how wants to live without carbs for the rest of their lives?
Real, lasting health requires vulnerability, it forces you to a place where you need to embrace your brokenness and muster all your courage in pursuit of your goals.
Lasting wellness is about more than weight loss! It is about dealing with destructive coping mechanisms. Join me in making small changes every week and month, in order to reap those benefits, in the long run!
