We are officially a week into the new year! Have you started working on your resolutions for the year? What have you done? Did you start with a big bang or have you started implementing small changing in your life to embrace the overall change?
SMALL CHANGES FOR 2014
For me it is a combination of the two. As I mentioned in a previous post, 2014 is going to be the year of planning for me.
I have identified 3 areas I would like to focus my energy:
- Food + Fitness + Health
- My UNISA studies
For a start I started my changes in the week leading up to the new year. On the 30th of December I started going to the gym. I started taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work. I started eating healthier and drinking more water.
I typed up to-do lists. I’ve planned my home management binder and I had it ready for the new year at the beginning of December. I’ve decided on a plan of action for my studies and I have started looking for second hand textbooks.
I have made a conscious decision to actively participate in my goals for the year. I have to admit alining my goals for the year with my 30 before thirty goals helps a lot!
